Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up but I appreciate communication. Appointments must be changed, canceled, or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment time to avoid fees. I require at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations, reschedules or any changes to your booked services, within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the services reserved at the time of booking. Reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100%. No call/no-shows will not allowed to rebook without a deposit. I only allow 3 reschedules or cancelations per client, per calendar year. If one cancels or reschedules constantly then a deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
