Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up but I appreciate communication. I require at least 24 hours notice for any changes to avoid fees. Same day cancellations, changes to your booked services or no shows will be charged 100% of the services reserved at the time of booking. Reschedules or any changes made for appointments within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee depending on situation but may be applied toward your next future service. Appointments must be changed, cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid fees. No shows will not be allowed to rebook without pre-payment.
