Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up but I appreciate communication. Appointments must be changed, canceled, or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment time to avoid fees. I require at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations, reschedules or any changes to your booked services, within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the services reserved at the time of booking and you will lose your deposit. No-shows, same-day cancelations, or reschedule within 24 hours will be charged 100% and not allowed to rebook. I only allow 3 reschedules or cancelations per client, per calendar year.
